R&D Mechanical Engineer

Your role in our team 

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of new an innovative products and solutions for our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components, focusing on structural integrity and performance.
  • Perform detailed calculations of dynamics and forces acting on structures.
  • Continuously improve design processes and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Predict and validate the durability and lifespan of designs through rigorous testing and analysis
  • Fulfill product/customer specification, standards and regulations.
  • Identify solutions to improve and optimize products.
  • Maintain accurate records of design iterations and changes.
  • Define, plan and execution of test plans.
  • Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
  • Estimate cost and budgets for new designs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within larger projects.
  • Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment, and safety.
  • Perform calculations of static, kinematic and dynamic nature, to assess the strength and characteristics of the mechanical assemblies that should integrate the solution to be developed.
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, reports, manuals, data sheet, documentation for the production, installation and the tests of releases of products.
  • Prepare specific documents within the scope of the project whenever necessary

 

Your profile 

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechanical Design and Modeling
  • CAD Software Proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Calculation and dimensioning
  • Exceptional problem-solving and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
