Your role in our team: 

In your role as SAP Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the Customer Service department’s performance, being responsible for managing Contracts, Service orders and Material needs for services execution in SAP.  

Main Responsibilities:
Creation / renewal / closing of contracts 
Management of price agreements & billing plan
Closing of service orders
Invoicing control
Support of month-end activies;
Correction of rules / contracts / service & sales orders; 
Support in justification of client invoices;
Support in data finding for managing current accounts; 
Confirmation of service orders for cost inputation 
Analysis of errors for invocing emission.

Your Profile: 
Degree in Engineering or related field 
2yrs experience w/ SAP S/4 SD module
Analytical background;
Curiosity and appetite for detail and rigor;
Sharp eye and critical sense for detecting, analyzing and correcting errors / inconsistencies;
Organization skills and inclination for continuous improvement;
Client mindset and business results orientation;
Taste for getting requests and supporting colleagues and other departments;
