As a Sales Engineer Intern at Körber, you will support our Product Solution. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple strategic initiatives supporting product development, product marketing, costing methodologies, design tools, and offer standardization. 

Your role in our team

Product Portfolio & Market Positioning

• Support the creation and maintenance of product portfolio presentations and collateral.
• Analyze product applications, capabilities, and limitations.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.

Solution Design & Engineering Support

• Support the development and maintenance of layout design standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand equipment capabilities and design constraints.

Costing & Commercial Excellence

• Support the development and maintenance of product configurators and costing tools.
• Assist in equipment and system cost analyses.
• Participate in pricing, estimation, and commercial standardization initiatives.

Offering Process & Documentation

• Support the creation and maintenance of technical specifications and offer documentation.
• Assist in the development of quotation templates and proposal content.
• Contribute to the standardization of documentation across product families.

Your Profile

• Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.

Technicals skills

• Required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Portuguese and English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Nice to Have
  • AutoCAD (2D/3D).
  • Interest in: Automation and intralogistics, Product Management, Solution Design, Supply Chain technologies
  • German language skills.
