Your role in our team:
As a Sales and Operation Planning, you will plan and control of the material supply in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) according to Sales pipeline and the requirements needs of the projects in execution and ensure the response to additional requirements that may arise in the course of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor The Sales Forecast to assess impact in current level stocks of Long Lead Time components and company production capacity
• Monitor and control the Engineering, Project Management and Production planning's, to guarantee the availability of materials on the required dates;
• Perform the forecast of purchase needs of materials common to several projects, to reduce the number of Purchase Orders and enhancing trading gains;
• Act as a key user of the company's ERP in the area of Supply Chain, to control the generation of material purchase needs by MRP;
• Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods;
• Verify the reporting of area management information (performance indicators), to provide the necessary information for decision-making processes.
Your profile:
• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrotechnical or similar
• 2-4 years of experience in similar positions
• Strong understanding of material Planning and Management
• Knowledge of Material Master Data
• Experience with SAP or other ERPs.
• Fluent in English
• Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach
• Analytical capacity and critical thinking
