Senior Product Owner - Asset & Service Intelligence SaaS Platform
As a Senior Product Owner, you will shape and scale a SaaS platform that turns machine, service, and operational data into measurable customer value.
The platform helps customers increase transparency, reduce downtime, improve service efficiency, and manage industrial and intralogistics environments more proactively.
This role is about owning a strategic digital product from vision and roadmap to delivery, adoption, and business impact.
Your role in our team
- Define and evolve product vision, value proposition, and roadmap for the Asset & Service Intelligence platform
- Translate service, maintenance, monitoring, and operations needs into scalable product capabilities
- Own and prioritize the backlog based on value, strategy, feasibility, and commercial potential
- Define MVPs, releases, and scaling together with cross-functional teams
- Lead discovery, validation, and feedback loops with users, customers, and partners
- Support pilots, lighthouse use cases, and market validation
- Drive SaaS productization with sales, service, and customer success teams
- Ensure transparency on priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery status
- Build a scalable product across customers, sites, and machine landscapes
- Define and track KPIs (adoption, usage, value, business impact)
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar
- Experience in product ownership, SaaS, industrial software, or service/operations platforms
- Understanding of service, maintenance, asset management, or industrial operations
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear product value and requirements
- Experience with roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, MVPs, and agile delivery
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, business, and leadership teams
- Analytical, structured, and customer-focused mindset
- Plus: IoT, telemetry, predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle, analytics, or subscription models
- Interest in ML, analytics, or AI-driven service automation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and influence
- Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally
