As a Senior Product Owner, you will shape digital products that bring AI, robotics, adaptive controls for machines, and operational intelligence into automated warehouse environments. You will be working closely with customers, machine experts, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to turn technical capabilities into scalable products and measurable business cases. 

Your role in our team

• Define and evolve the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap for Physical AI & Warehouse Intelligence
• Translate warehouse automation, robotics, vision, and adaptive controls needs into scalable product capabilities (e. g. Use Cases, User Stories, Epics)
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, feasibility, strategy, and commercial potential
• Define MVPs, pilots, releases, and scaling paths together with cross-functional teams
• Lead discovery, validation, and feedback loops with customers, users, developers, and automation experts
• Bridge product management, software development, controls engineering, robotics, and business stakeholders
• Drive productization of adaptive controls, robotics integration, flow optimization, anomaly detection, and decision support
• Support lighthouse use cases, market validation, and business case development
• Build scalable products across customers, sites, machine types, and warehouse environments
• Define and track KPIs such as throughput, availability, efficiency, adoption, value creation, and business impact

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Business Informatics, or similar
• Experience in product ownership, industrial software, warehouse automation, robotics, controls, or digital product development
• Strong understanding of intralogistics, material flow, warehouse operations, automation systems, or machine behavior
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear product value, requirements, and roadmap priorities
• Experience with roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, MVPs, pilots, and agile delivery
• Ability to work with software developers, automation engineers, controls specialists, robotics teams, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical feasibility, customer value, and business case logic
• Experience in defining product KPIs, validating use cases, and scaling products beyond pilot stage
• Plus: WMS, WCS, PLC environments, AMRs, robotics, simulation, digital twins, edge computing, computer vision, or AI-based optimization
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel occasionally
