Your role in our team

Coordinate and manage the installation on site, including mechanical and / or electrical installation activities, management of employees and subcontractors, responsible for all reports on the progress of the work, safety and other necessary reports, reports inventory and missing parts.

 

Mains Responsabilities:

'•          Supervise mechanical and electric project installation activities.

•           Supervise the planned work of the employees and subcontractors of the respective area, considering the defined in RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).

•           Report unforeseen situations and issues reports on the development and completion of the work, attach ng a list of problems arising from the installation or work of subcontracted companies.

•           Responsible for all safety aspects of the project(s) assigned.

•           Guarantee the interfacing with Project Management, Installation Management, Engineering, and customers on project issues. Ensure the relation with the installation and the customer if needed.

•           Responsible for ordering all accessories, required for project execution (site).

•           Report all the project activities to the project manager, anticipating possible problems in relation to the planned ones and that can menace the planning and the respective deadlines.

•           Assist the Site Manager and H&S Advisor to ensure that safe systems of work are always employed on site in order to achieve zero accidents. Provide First Aid assistance when needed, on site.

•           Develop and maintain supplier relationships both internally and externally.

•           Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods.

•           Certify compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment, and safety.

•           Guarantee the information reporting for the management area (performance indicators) in order to provide the necessary information for decision making processes.
