We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our System Integration team and help design smart, efficient, and competitive solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.

Your role in our team

You will work closely with Sales Managers and multidisciplinary teams to design tailored intralogistics solutions:

• You will analyze customer requirements from both a process and data perspective
• You will design conceptual automation solutions based on our portfolio and market best practices
• You will support customer meetings with technical insights and presentations
• You will create and revise 2D/3D layouts (AutoCAD) and support 3D visualizations
• You will perform performance calculations to define optimal system configurations
• You will collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Software, Supply Chain, and external partners
• You will support the costing and technical proposal development
• You will contribute to the handover of projects to execution teams
• You will stay up to date with market trends and automation technologies

Your profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial or related Engineering fields
• Strong interest in automation, intralogistics or industrial solutions
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented
• Good communication skills

Technical skills

• Experience with AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of data analysis
• Languages:
  • English (mandatory)
  • Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Spanish (plus)
  • French (nice to have)
