VP Digital Marketing

Körber is looking for an experienced Vice President of Digital Marketing to join the global marketing team to drive an optimized and connected user experience. This person should have experience managing and driving digital marketing strategies and programs. The manager is required to work across functions and regions to ensure we increase our online presence and deliver an optimized journey to our stakeholders.

As the VP of Global Digital Marketing Technology, you will lead the strategy development and delivery of our websites, the marketing technology platforms, and other tools to deliver on key organizational priorities. You will work closely with marketing operations and other teams on 360 degrees of customer data and integration with our broader technology stack all resulting in the “connected customer experience”.

You will report directly to the EVP & CMO and be responsible for a small team of digital marketers and work closely with other functional marketing and sales teams as well as external agencies.


Your role in our team

  • Develop, communicate, and drive investment for Körber Supply Chain Software’s marketing technology vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues across the different functions and regions, to identify and prioritize key user and technical requirements.
  • Deliver and sustain a high conversion website, key global technology platforms, and tools to support omnichannel marketing strategies for the optimal digital user experience.
  • Design, implement and maintain a premium visual and interactive user experience across all digital touchpoints ensuring end-user satisfaction and brand consistency.
  • Partner with IT and Businesses to ensure marketing data integrity and compliance.
  • Responsible for budget, measuring the business impact of technology, and securing future investments.
  • Drive operational efficiency and reduce costs by implementing technologies that automate and streamline marketing workflow processes across the global organization.
  • The Vice President is recognized as an excellent developer of key talent within the organization and will actively drive succession planning and talent review processes.

Your Profile

  • You have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • You have 7+ years of leadership experience in marketing and marketing technology development
  • You have experience with a myriad of digital technologies and platforms such as Content Management Systems, Marketing Automation, Customer relationship management, Intent Marketing, etc.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to envision future needs and integrate complex requirements into a clear vision and roadmap for the organization
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You have strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence the organization
  • You have a demonstrated ability to lead flawless execution of complex programs
  • You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop coherent strategy frameworks
  • You have the ability to identify emerging issues, analyze potential impacts, and translate ideas and insights into viable recommendations for action.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to lead and drive organizational change with global and diverse teams
  • You are able to travel for internal and external meetings as required
