Körber is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a focus on benefits to join our exciting team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing comprehensive benefits program for USA and Canada. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning our HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive culture based on trust and collaboration and enhancing our employee engagement. This position supports USA and Canada teams and reports directly to the HR Director.
Your role in our team
- You will work in HR strategies alignment that support the overall business goals.
- You will act as liaison between HRBP and business unit to support organization objectives (Parcel Logistics, Automation and Consulting)
- You will drive and influence key organizational health and engagement initiatives with business
- You will develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- You will provide expert advice and support to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- You will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- You will collaborate with vendors and third-party administrators to optimize benefits delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- You will analyze benefits data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- You will support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- You will provide day to day talent and performance management guidance.
- You will identify training/coaching/mentoring needs for departments, managers and employees.
- You will partner with other HR team members (HRBP, Payroll and Employee Services) to deliver robust HR customer value added services.
- You will develop and work on special and cross-functional projects as identified.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- You have 5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on Benefits (USA and Canada) and business partnering.
- You possess a strong knowledge of HR best practices in US and Canada, employment laws, and regulations.
- You have strong knowledge of benefits programs, policies and regulations.
- You are a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) (preferred).
- You have proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience with HRIS and benefits administration for US and Canada.
- You have strong negotiation skills and relationships management with benefits providers and vendors.
- You have experience working in a Shared Services Environment.
- You have excellent analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- You have compliance knowledge both in USA and Canada.
- You have strong attention to detail, proven interpersonal skills, highly collaborative style.
- You are able to function well in a high-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines.
- You are able to perform other duties as assigned.
