Master Data Management Administrator (Sales, Finance & Procurement)

 

Are you passionate about ensuring high‑quality master data and supporting global business processes? Join our team as a Master Data Administrator and play a key role in maintaining and improving our customer, supplier, and financial master data across sales, finance, and procurement at Körber.

 

Your role in our team

 

  • Support the global implementation of an MDM solution by analyzing master data requirements from sales, finance, and procurement

  • Execute and document harmonized master data processes across the organization

  • Maintain and update customer, supplier, and financial master data across multiple ERP systems, ensuring correctness and completeness

  • Conduct data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to support standardization and integration activities

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into clear and actionable tasks

  • Support change management activities to help users adopt new master data processes and MDM tools

  • Ensure adherence to defined governance models, data quality rules, and approval workflows

  • Provide operational support for daily master data tasks, including issue resolution and request handling

 

Your profile

 

  • Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, finance, IT, supply chain management or a comparable field

  • Professional experience in sales, finance, procurement, or master data management

  • Practical experience with ERP systems and master data governance tools (e.g., SAP, SAP MDG) as well as BI/reporting tools

  • Strong background in master data maintenance, data validation, and data quality assurance

  • Experience in data integration or data improvement initiatives is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data‑related topics clearly

  • Business‑fluent English, another European language is beneficial

  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and willingness to collaborate in an international environment
