Expert in master data management & Team lead master data maintenance (Sales, Finance & Procurement)

Your role in our team

• Collaboration on the global implementation of an MDM solution, including analysis of requirements from sales, finance, and procurement

• Design, harmonization, and documentation of master data processes across the organization

• Coordination of integration and standardization of customer, supplier, and financial master data across multiple ERP systems, including data cleansing

• Coordination between IT and business teams — translating technical requirements into business terms and vice versa

• Active change management to support global adoption of the MDM solution

• Disciplinary leadership of the master data maintenance team, including development, and day‑to‑day people management

• Ensuring the operative execution of defined governance models and data quality processes within the team

Your profile

• Degree in economics, IT, finance, supply chain management, or similar

• Several years of experience in sales, finance, procurement, or master data management

• Experience with ERP and master data governance systems (e.g., SAP MDG) and BI tools

• Background in master data maintenance and data quality assurance

• Hands‑on experience with master data integration or improvement projects is an advantage

• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly

• Fluent business German and English

• Interest in global collaboration and intercultural teamwork

• Experience in disciplinary leadership of operational master data or similar teams
