Join our team at Körber Supply Chain! Together we are responsible for our global architecture strategy and work closely with other architecture teams to have a cohesive process for defining software architecture through all our products.
 

Your role on our team

  • You will work in team of organization architect as a group, defining organization future technology choice, including but not limited to COTS product evaluation, cost comparison

  • You will work with business in pursing build vs buy of COTS products

  • You will work across organization and act as governance in introducing new technologies

  • You will perform proper documentation to justify new technology or tools require for organization to executives with recommendations

  • You will perform cloud evaluation and provide detail comprehensive analysis and present with recommendation to Executives

  • You will perform Incubation of technology and tools into organization across the teams by performing PoC and demonstrating use-cases

  • You will undertake technology evaluations and provide recommendations regarding adoption

  • You will liaise with architects and specialists from across organization to share knowledge and best practice

  • You will review and provide feedback on the work of other team members

  • You will adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Cope effectively with change

  • You will focus on key priorities/plan and organize in an efficient & effective manner. Able to manage multiple priorities

  • You will effectively communicate and navigate conversations with leaders and departments to ensure the right decisions are made

Your personal profile

  • You have applied TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Forum) concepts in a project environment. Able to deploy TOGAF Architecture Development Methods (ADM)

  • You have excellent communications and collaboration skills

  • You have strong technical management and documentation skills

  • You have 6 years of experience developing and/or designing enterprise systems or commercial web-based systems

  • You have 3-5 years of experience designing software on a public cloud such as Oracle (OCI) , Azure

  • You have 4 years of experience building systems using enterprise technologies such .NET Core/C#/.NET/Java

  • You have 2 years designing commercial software and experience developing software to access and manipulate modern relational databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL. Experience w/ document store databases such as Mongo a plus

  • You have experience with continuous software delivery and Infrastructure-as-Code

  • You have master level experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design

  • You have master level experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture

  • You have master level modelling skills covering information, object-oriented, process, state, security, logical, and physical architectural views

  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to present software architecture to a wide range of audiences

  • You have strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

  • You have strong collaboration skills

  • You have a strong understanding of classical and modern software development lifecycles

  • You have experience developing distributed, scalable, high performance systems

  • You have working knowledge of containerized event-driven microservices (Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, Kafka) (preferred)

  • You have some experience architecture complicated AI software (preferred)
