Your role in our team

• You will assist in the assembly of packaging and converting machines; light mechanical work
• You will support with shop clean-up
• You will perform a physical inventory of parts
• You will help keep work areas neat and organized to promote a positive image

• You will support the team in the organization of material for machine assembly
• You will provide maintenance of tools and fixtures for the shop and office
• Other duties as assigned

Your profile

• You are pursuing an Electro-Mechanical education or something similar (preferred)
• You have the ability to follow instructions
• You are detail-oriented
• You have professional and trustworthy conduct
• Natural mechanical abilities are helpful, along with basic knowledge of tools
• You are excited about joining the Home for Entrepreneurs
• You work and act with passion, rethink the existing, and always strive to find the best solution

Work with the Production Manager and Production Technicians to maintain a neat and organized production environment, keeping compliance with 5S standards. You will assist Production Technicians with the assembly and testing of machines as required to meet production schedules.
