Service Technician - Onsite Field Service (m/f/d)

Are you ready to take on a challenge in one of the most dynamic and future-oriented industries? At Körber Supply Chain Automation, we’re looking for a Service Technician – Onsite Field Service who will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

 

As a Service Technician, you will perform all aspects of maintenance activities at our customers' site in Pyskowice. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Conducting regular, scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as inspections of automated equipment within customers’ distribution center.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in automated systems and performing necessary repairs.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for our customers’ maintenance teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Communicating with the Technical Support department when resolving issues.

 

What you bring to the table:

 

  • A technical degree or technician qualification in automation, mechanics, electromechanics, electronics, or mechatronics.
  • Relevant professional experience in maintenance and servicing of automated systems, ideally in intralogistics.
  • Practical knowledge of automation, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams, CAD drawings and other technical documentation.
  • Willingness to work shifts in a multi-shift operation.
  • Comfortable with working at heights (up to 45 meters).
  • Basic knowledge of English to enable communication and understanding of documentation.
  • Familiarity with CMMS is a plus.
  • Basic Knowledge of PLC diagnostics is a plus.
  • SEP and UDT certifications are a plus.
