Service Technician - Onsite Field Service (m/f/d)
Are you ready to take on a challenge in one of the most dynamic and future-oriented industries? At Körber Supply Chain Automation, we’re looking for a Service Technician – Onsite Field Service who will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Location: Pyskowice (Silesia)
Start Date: 2026
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing inspections, repairs, and maintenance on warehouse automation equipment and systems.
- Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting issues with warehouse automation equipment and components.
- Liaising with the technical support department when resolving issues.
- Collaborating with the client’s maintenance team on machine and equipment repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
What you bring to the table:
- A technical degree or technician qualification in automation, mechanics, electromechanics, electronics, or mechatronics.
- Relevant professional experience in maintenance and servicing of automated systems, ideally in intralogistics.
- Technical education in automation, mechanics, electromechanics, or mechatronics.
- Experience in a similar position within a Maintenance Department.
- Practical knowledge of automation and electrical engineering.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Willingness to work shifts (equivalent work schedule).
- Willingness to work at heights (we provide training and full safety equipment).
- Basic knowledge of English (communication and understanding of documentation).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the CMMS system.
- Basic knowledge of PLC diagnostics.
- Possession of SEP and UDT certifications.
