Team Leader - Onsite Field Service (m/f/d)

At Körber Supply Chain Automation, we’re looking for a Team Leader– Onsite Field Service who will be responsible for technical leadership of the onsite service teams, ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Team Leader, you will have complete technical leadership responsibility for the Onsite Field Service Teams at our customers' site in Pyskowice. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing technical leadership to the Onsite Field Service Teams, which involves mentoring, guiding, instructing, assigning tasks, and supervising the execution of service work.
- Overseeing regular, scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as inspections of automated equipment within customers’ distribution center.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for our customers’ maintenance teams.
- Documenting and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing a digital equipment logbook.
- Overseeing spare parts management.
- Processing warranty claims.
- Planning shifts in coordination with the Site Manager to ensure optimal team deployment.
- Creating standard operating procedures and documentation for the tasks performed by the teams.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Communicating with the Technical Support department when resolving issues.
What you bring to the table:
- A technical degree in automation, mechanics, electromechanics, electronics, or mechatronics.
- At least 2 years of professional leadership and supervisory experience in maintaining and servicing automated systems, preferably in intralogistics.
- Strong understanding of service processes, especially in onsite support.
- Practical knowledge of automation, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, CAD drawings and other technical documentation.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
- Comfortable with working at heights (up to 45 meters).
- Knowledge of English to enable communication and understanding of documentation.
- Familiarity with CMMS is a plus.
- Knowledge of PLC is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP Software is a plus.
- SEP and UDT certifications are a plus.
