Join our team at Körber! As a Client Support Analyst you will be troubleshooting a variety of complex customer problems with the Körber Supply Chain software suite.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • You will troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Körber Supply Chain K.Motion products
  • You will also troubleshoot Windows OS, SQL Server, SSR reports and other 3rd party vendor software.
  • You will interface with customer administrator and IT teams, project leaders, developers and implementors on support issues.
  • You will quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated to ERP Vendor, Körber Supply Chain, Vocollect, RF Hardware Provider, or other third parties
  • You will develop and mentor operations team members as Warehouse Management System (WMS) “Super Users” and Trainers on warehouse and distribution best practices with WMS

 

 Required

  • You have strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
  • You have excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
  • You have strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • You have a BS/BA, Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • You have intermediate experience with IIS and MS SQL databases, queries and stored procedures
  • You have experience with Oracle PL/SQL
  • If you have experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, C# it’s a plus
  • You have familiarity with HTML/XML/JSON/OData
  • You have OS Experience: Windows Server 2012+ and Linux Oracle Linux + Visualization
  • You understand TCPIP/Ports, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS
  • You must be able to work a rotational on-call support and backup assistance for 24/7 coverage when needed.
  • You have 1-3 years technical customer support experience
  • You have warehouse Management Systems (WMS) expertise
  • You may have Labeling (Bartender or Loftware) experience
  • You may have reporting in MS SSRS experience
  • You may have experience or industry knowledge in supply chain management solutions a plus
