Business Systems Analyst - NetSuite

Join our team at Körber! We are looking for a temporary contract  Business Systems Analyst you will work with our business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies, work closely with cross functional teams to enable support and collaborate across business units and internal software projects. You get to provide strategic, expert advice and consultation on the design and implementation of effective software-driven business processes, including analysis, redesign, re-engineering, and organizational effectiveness.



Your role on our team

  • You will support highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business

  • You assess systems utilized for improved functionality, efficiency, and effectiveness in a growing and changing business environment

  • You have a strong understanding of change control for requirement artifacts

  • You meet with decision-makers and end-users to collect and define business, financial, and operational requirements and systems goals

  • You lead project team members through the process of developing and maintaining requirements from analysis to deployment

  • You document and executer test scenarios and support UAT and issue remediation

  • You facilitate required meetings, and manages implementation

  • You design and implement internal processes and controls

  • You participate in the setup, configuration and system maintenance of Enterprise platforms

  • You identify and assist in managing any defects and change requests

  • You assist with ongoing support to company’s organizations

  • You assist and troubleshoot users to diagnose and solve software problems

  • You may provide support of third-party add-on solutions

  • You assist with documentation, business processes, and training materials

  • You do project coordination

  • You create and deliver functional user training on effective use of software

  • You provide business process documentation to support training


Your profile

  • You have 5 or more years of relevant technical and business work experience with systems analysis or application programming development

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS, Business Management or the equivalent of education and work experience

  • You have strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies

  • You must have experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions

  • You understand ERP system concepts

  • You are proficient with Enterprise platform technologies (i.e., Salesforce, ServiceNow, O365, others)

  • You are proficient in NetSuite, required

  • You are proficient with tools such as SQL, ODBC, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

  • You are proficient in business process analysis and graphical depiction of business process flows

  • You have strong problem-solving skills

  • Requirements elicitation

  • You are efficient at task management and a self-starter

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You are able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You have excellent organization skills

  • You have strong customer service skills
