Are you a champion of DevOps? Do you want to become a key contributor in a development organization by leading the charge on ‘Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment’ (CI/CD)? Your role in our team

  • You will design and create the CI/CD pipeline for our new microservices-based supply-chain product

  • You will serve as the guardian for the DevOps architecture, assisting more junior developers in evaluating the impact of enhancements on the architecture

  • You will mentor junior DevOps Engineers in processes, technologies, products, and coding styles

  • You will work with our development teams to build an understanding of DevOps principles

  • You will seek out methods of product development and DevOps to increase productivity and quality

  • You will work with product management on the operational requirements

  • You have a mastery of the technical skills needed to develop in all areas of the team’s product(s)

  • You will proactively seek assistance as required to complete work in a reasonable amount of time

  • You will actively participate in the Agile process, such as daily huddles, estimating, code reviews, and retrospectives

  • You will proactively work on your education to stay up-to-date on new technologies and development practices


Your profile

  • You can demonstrate mastery in applying theories, principles, concepts, and methodologies to innovative solutions

  • You have comprehensive experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps

  • You have extensive experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

  • You are proficient in Powershell or equivalent scripting language

  • You are experienced in C# development

  • You have a strong understanding of microservice architectures and technologies

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field) or equivalent work experience

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • You have strong attention to detail

  • You are someone who has a sense of pride, commitment, and personal accountability

  • You behave in a manner to promote a strong team morale

  • You consistently share information with team members to encourage a robust cross-functional team

  • You proactively seek technology knowledge to further the advancement of technologies in the product
