As the Manager, Product Marketing Order Management, you will have the opportunity to help define, own, and drive the go-to-market positioning and messaging for several of our warehouse-related software solutions. You will own and execute the messaging and positioning efforts, content development and sales enablement for your assigned products. In this role, you will be a key link between Product Management, Portfolio Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing and Executives.

 

Your role in our team

  • You will be an integral part of the high-energy Portfolio Marketing team, helping to globally scale our leading portfolio of solutions across regions and industries.

  • You will become the expert for your products, markets and target audiences; through primary and secondary market research, competitive analysis and engagement with SME and executives.

  • You will own and develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your solutions and can be scaled globally. Collaborate with content marketing, corporate and field marketing to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand across all outlets.

  • You will develop comprehensive go-to-market and launch plans and execute them for assigned products.

  • You will manage launch teams and activities in close liaison with the participating marketing and product teams.

  • You will develop product-focused content (presentations, brochures, white papers, infographics, blogs, etc.).

  • You will enable sales teams with materials (pitch decks, sales decks, objection handling, etc.) and training to accelerate the sales of assigned products.

  • You will evangelize assigned products internally and externally. Participate in market-facing activities such analyst and media interactions, trade shows, webinars, and select sales calls. 

  • You will lead, train and mentor assigned product marketing team members.

  • You will manage the product marketing budget for your product area.


Your profile

  • You have a master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant business or technology related to commerce or order management.

  • You possess 5+ years’ experience in B2B product/solutions marketing, product management, presales, content marketing or similar role, focusing on the responsibilities outlined above.

  • Preferably you have experience in the OMS space.

  • You have a product/solution marketing certification (e.g. Pragmatic Marketing).

  • You have the ability to quickly absorb information about complex products and underlying technologies and translate it into relevant messaging and content for target audiences. 

  • You have a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects, and deliver clear results across the organization.

  • You are able to effectively lead a product marketing team, while working collaboratively with all levels of employees and customers in a global matrix management environment.

  • You have experience working across multiple countries, time zones and product lines.

  • You have exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively present to audiences inside and outside the company.

  • You have excellent people and management skills to interact with team members, peers, management, cross-functional teams and third parties.

Salary Range: $110,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
 

*This role comes with an additional bonus that commensurate to the level of the role in the organization.
