Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist supports the growth of our supply chain and logistics automation portfolio, with a primary focus on parcel, warehouse automation, robotics, and software-driven solutions. This role blends strategic content development, digital marketing execution, campaign management, trade show planning and execution and market insights to strengthen our brand presence and generate qualified demand.
This role requires understanding of B2B industrial or technology-driven markets and is skilled at translating complex automation capabilities into compelling, customer-centric marketing programs.
Your role in our team
- You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote parcel, logistics, and automation solutions across North America.
- You will support go-to-market (GTM) launches for new technologies, products, and solutions.
- You will support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, and partner events.
- You will develop event materials, booth messaging, and promotional campaigns.
- You will manage multi-channel marketing efforts including email, paid digital, social media, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- You will collaborate with global digital team on SEO/SEM optimization and digital campaigns to increase qualified traffic and lead conversion.
- Translate complex automation, robotics, and software capabilities into clear, engaging value propositions.
- Monitor campaign performance, report analytics, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- You will research industry trends in e‑commerce, last-mile delivery, automation, robotics, warehousing, and supply chain optimization.
- You will collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, HRBP, branding, and corporate communications to ensure messaging accuracy and brand consistency across all internal and external channels.
Your profile
- You have the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and actively contributes to a positive team culture.
- You are proficiency in using data, insights, and strong communication to secure alignment across department.
- You have nowledge of industry trends in logistics, parcel operations, supply chain automation, robotics, warehousing, and e‑commerce.
- Ability to apply insights to positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in supply chain, logistics, industrial automation, or technology.
- You bring experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
