Your role in our team
Körber Supply Chain LLC is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Representative to join our Automation Business Unit. In this role, you will drive the growth of Körber’s innovative automation solutions by designing competitive systems, engaging prospective clients, and managing the sales process from concept through proposal. You will leverage your engineering and sales expertise to build compelling solutions across a portfolio that includes ASRS, AMRs, AGVs, Layer Picker, 3D pallet shuttles, case-handling systems, and third-party equipment. This is a client-facing role with significant travel and opportunity for impact.
- You will prospect new business opportunities using Körber’s internal software tools and lead generation platforms
- You will independently develop ROM pricing and layout designs based on customer requirements
- You will create system layouts using Körber’s automation portfolio and, where applicable, third-party technologies
- You will build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to support and exceed annual sales targets
- You will collect technical input from internal teams or partners to properly configure and price system components
- You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Designers to finalize the total system cost and presentation materials
- You will lead sales engagements with prospects and clients, delivering walkthroughs and solution presentations
- You will support seamless project handovers to the execution team’s post-sale
- You will travel up to 75% to meet customer demands and represent Körber at key sales engagements
Your profile
- You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- You have gained 5+ years of sales experience in the warehouse and automation markets (including consumer product goods, third party logistics, pharmaceutical, etc.), specializing in selling material handling technology products and project solutions
- You possess a strong mechanical and controls engineering foundation, enabling you to develop technically sound solutions
- You have experience developing sales proposals and presentations
- You have experience entering and maintaining opportunities in CRM software, specifically SalesForce, and are highly skilled in AutoCAD or other CAD tools
- You are an exceptional communicator, capable of engaging stakeholders across engineering, sales, and customer teams
- You are self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in dynamic, customer-focused environments

- Your annual base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000 - $ 120,000 at the time of posting

This role is ideally suited for professionals located near Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA, with remote flexibility and travel as needed to support clients across North America.
This full-time, exempt role offers a hybrid work setting for employees located in the preferred locations of Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA. For those not in these locations, the position will be fully remote.
