Together we will be managing projects and working with teams to design, configure, test, and implement warehouse management system (WMS) solutions using the industry-leading Blue Yonder WMS integrated with StepLogic Trace Serialization. You will be working daily to problem solve and create personalized solutions while building trusted relationships with our customers.

 

 

Your role on our team

  • You will manage project timeline and budget including resource allocation and project documentation

  • You will provide timely status updates and time sheet approvals

  • You will lead workshops to gather customer requirements, and will convert business requirements into functional and technical design documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Project and Excel

  • You will run daily sessions with internal and customer facing teams to explain, configure, develop, debug and troubleshoot solutions in the Blue Yonder WMS integrated with StepLogic Trace per design documents or by understanding explained customer needs.

  • You will lead teams in performing client demos such as functional application and test solutions to meet customer requirements

  • You will assist in training of customer management teams and end-users

  • You will complete other duties as assigned

 

Your profile

  • You have 4+ years of experience leading or working on multiple Blue Yonder or other Top Tier WMS implementation projects with WMS versions 2009.2 and above

  • You understand Serialized Tracking software or have the desire to learn it

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills

  • You have the ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage in a fast-paced environment

  • You have strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You are able to travel as needed (15% to 35%)

  • You have a BA / BS / AA Degree

 

Your warehouse management skills and abilities

  • You have 4+ years’ Functional experience, and a solid grasp of Blue Yonder or another Top Tier WMS specifically pertaining to all areas of WMS including Receiving, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Picking, Packing, and Shipping

  • You have worked with and understand integration points between ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS systems in a WMS environment and have performed integration mappings

 

Nice to have but not mandatory skills and abilities

  • You have Blue Yonder WMS experience including Integrator, MOCA, and SQL versions 2009.2 and above

  • Development skills a plus

  • RF, Voice, or MHE exposure with Blue Yonder or another Top Tier WMS

  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical serialization and Track and Trace concepts

  • Experience working with issue tracking systems such as Mantis, JIRA and Service Now
