Körber Supply Chain has an opportunity to join our Global Support and Delivery Organization as a Service Desk Analyst - Tier 1. As a member of our Service Desk, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and live chats from our customers and providing first-level support for our software products. Our Service Desk Analysts act as brand and product ambassadors as they are the first contact our customers have.


Your role in our team

  • Handle incoming telephone, email, or live chat inquiries from customers on any of our multiple software products.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service
  • Collect all relevant information and document within our CRM system in a clear and timely manner.
  • Triage and troubleshoot software, hardware, and data-related problems
  • Manage customer issues/expectations in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Identify and escalate more difficult and complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier3 support


Your profile

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • 1-2 years of technical customer support experience
  • Experience in MS SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures (Preferred)
  • Experience with operating systems and RF hardware (Preferred) 
  • Experience or industry knowledge in supply chain warehouse management solutions (Preferred)
