Territory Manager

Join our team at Körber! We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive for our North American Sales organization. This role is responsible for selling Supply Chain Consulting services to new and existing customers through direct and face-to-face contact by fostering a long-term client relationship.

 

 

Your roll on our team

  • You are responsible for selling new accounts using selling skills and product knowledge

  • You proactively research and analyze available prospect situational information (10-K, earnings calls, social media, customer articles, etc.) to build and position a preemptive value proposition to a prospect before they identify their own need

  • You position and sell the full value of Körber consulting offerings to maximize revenue

  • You leverage a proactive, consultative customer engagement model and sales process

  • You plan and conduct efficient and meaningful customer discovery sessions to gain valuable insight into the prospect's business and vision, and clarity about how Körber consulting can help them achieve their goals

  • You maintain a close relationship with Blue Yonder, SAP, and all of our partners to drive co-marketing/selling activities

  • You maintain constant awareness of markets, competitor activities, and challenges within assigned targeted prospects, recognize trends that develop, and make appropriate recommendations

  • You ensure a Pipeline value of 3x-4x annual Quota is kept at all times

  • You enable our executives to understand the key business imperatives and initiatives of key prospects

  • You follow established delivery handoff procedure in order to ensure customers efficiently, transparently and fluidly transition from Sales to Delivery

  • You will build strong relationships with our sister company for automation with external partners to develop joint sales opportunities.

  • You have effective collaboration and communication with all the teams in the company.

 

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing

  • You have 5+ years’ experience selling Supply Chain or ERP solutions and/or services

  • You have 5+ years’ experience selling to senior executives

  • You have a proven track record of achieving sales goals YoY

  • You are a self-starter with the ability to generate relationships and leads, building pipeline value

  • You have the ability to prioritize multiple client relationships simultaneously with conflicting deadlines

  • You have the ability to travel up to 75%

  • Post-graduate education or training is a plus

  • Familiarity / Practitioner experience with Blue Yonder, SAP, and Consulting Services is a plus
