Your role in our team
- You will design control systems for material handling projects that meet the client’s needs.
- You will use PLC development environments to develop a code base on PLC hardware.
- You will support research, design, writing, and testing of new PLC programs.
- You will maintain the PLC code base by monitoring, identifying, and correcting software defects.
- You will develop and configure HMI screens.
- You understand the machine and process requirements needed to control the system appropriately.
Your profile
- You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical).
- You have strong Knowledge of PLC controls.
- You have gained 5+ years of experience in the field or a related area.
- You have worked with different HMI-Allen Bradley & Siemens, preferably.
- You can travel domestically with the possibility of international travel.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and Körber customers.
- You are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
- You have the interest and skill to collaborate with engineering functional teams.
- You can consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity.
- You have the capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on given project tasks.
- You know basic engineering techniques to optimize the design of products, parts, systems, or processes.
