You will have central roll in designing and delivering tailored service contracts for large-scale automated warehouses, with a primary focus on residential service agreements. You will work closely with cross functional teams, combining technical insight with customer focused sales strategy to drive both global and regional service sales.
Key Responsibilities
As the Service Sales Manager, you will lead the entire lifecycle of service proposals, from initial concept to final contract, with a focus on the unique needs of automation warehouses in the Nordic region. Your role will involve creating and promoting tailored residential service contracts that align with each client's technical and operational requirements.
You will collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver highly customized service offerings, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance. Positioning service contracts as essential to client success will be a key focus of your efforts.
Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries. Furthermore, you will represent the Customer Service division during the sales phase of new projects, effectively showcasing our service offerings to prospective customers.
This position is remote or fieldbased, with a primary focus on the Nordic region and occasional global travel opportunities. Therefore, your location is irrelevant as long as it’s within the Nordic region and you are willing to travel to the office in Svenstrup on a regular basis.
