UX Designer (Senior) | Digital Twin
As a UX Designer (Digital Twin) in our Research and Development department, you will help to design intuitive, effective and user-centered experiences for one of our most strategically important areas of digital development in the field of warehouse automation and digital solutions.
Your role in our team
- You design user-centered Digital Twin experiences for B2B/enterprise contexts.
- You translate user needs, workflows, and business requirements into clear interaction concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs.
- You create intuitive flows for complex digital products with operational and technical depth.
- You contribute to 3D-enhanced experiences that add value to the user journey, including 3D navigation/orientation.
- You develop interaction concepts for navigation, orientation, contextual information, and usability in 3D-integrated environments.
- You lead and support UX research (stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, heuristics) and drive iterative validation.
- You collaborate with Product Management, Digital, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with feasibility and product direction, ensuring design consistency, usability standards, and accessibility.
Your profile
- You have several years of hands-on experience in UX/UI/Product Design or a comparable field.
- You live in the Porto/Maia area or are willing to move there.
- You have strong experience designing B2B or enterprise software interfaces.
- You can structure and simplify complex workflows and technical requirements into user-friendly experiences.
- You are proficient with wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Figma.
- You have a solid understanding of interaction design principles, usability methods, and user-centered design processes.
- You can work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in technical and interdisciplinary environments, with strong communication and excellent English skills.
